A service provider's involvement does not transfer to the customer our responsibilities as the seller or make that provider the contracting retail seller.
The store currently targets the United States and displays prices in US dollars. Business contact information in Hong Kong does not represent a US office, US incorporation or a US returns facility. Product dispatch location varies and is addressed in our Shipping Policy.
Content, product information and intellectual property
Product listings describe the item and configuration offered for sale. Lifestyle props or alternative configurations are included only if the listing says so. Content on this website is owned by or used with permission of the relevant rights holder. Third-party names, marks and product images remain subject to their owners' rights. No broader affiliation, certification or endorsement should be inferred unless expressly and accurately stated.
To raise an intellectual-property concern, email us with the affected page, the work or mark concerned, your contact details and the basis of your claim. We will review legitimate complaints and take appropriate action. We do not require disclosure of unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Our general pet-care content is informational and is not a veterinary diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Follow product instructions, choose an appropriate size and supervise use as appropriate. Contact us promptly about a suspected unsafe product and stop using it if necessary.
