Privacy policy

Effective date: September 29, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Pangu Online Limited, trading as Roam & Wag, operates https://kewypx-cx.myshopify.com/ and is responsible for the personal information it handles in operating this store. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that operator.

Privacy contact: info@panguonline.net. Telephone: +852 5282 6378. Correspondence address: Rm 2101, Technology Park, 18 On Lai Street, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong SAR. You may also use https://kewypx-cx.myshopify.com/pages/contact. This correspondence address is not an authorized merchandise return address.

2. Information we handle and where it comes from

Depending on your interaction with the store, we handle:

  • Contact and delivery details, such as your name, email, phone number, billing address and shipping address, supplied by you or by someone arranging a delivery to you.
  • Order and customer account information, such as purchased items, selected options, payment status, transaction references, returns, account identifiers and preferences.
  • Customer care communications and evidence you choose to submit, including photos or videos of a product problem. Please avoid including people, identification documents or unrelated personal information in these images.
  • Device and browsing information, such as IP address, browser, cookie identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, pages viewed and interactions with the store. These may be collected through Shopify and other tools actually operating on the store, subject to applicable privacy choices.
  • Information from payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers and security services, such as transaction outcomes, tracking updates and fraud indicators.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment services you choose and their applicable notices. We use payment status and transaction information to manage orders. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents to our customer care email.

3. Why we use information

We use necessary information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery, administer accounts, provide support, handle returns, send service messages, prevent fraud and protect the store. We also maintain appropriate transaction and compliance records, resolve disputes, and respond to lawful requests.

Where permitted and subject to required choices or consent, information is used to understand store performance, improve the shopping experience, personalize content and measure or deliver advertising. Marketing subscriptions are separate from purchase and service communications. Refusing optional marketing does not prevent you from making a purchase. If you do not provide information necessary to fulfill an order, we may be unable to provide that service.

4. Who receives information

We share information reasonably needed for the relevant service with:

  • Shopify and its relevant service providers for hosting, checkout, account services, payment-related functionality, security and store operations.
  • Fulfillment providers, including CJdropshipping where used for your order, and carriers. Necessary information may include your name, address, contact details, purchased items, delivery instructions and relevant claim evidence. Orders may be fulfilled by sending these details manually or through a connected service.
  • Payment providers and professional advisers as necessary for payment processing, accounting, legal obligations and disputes.
  • Providers supporting analytics, personalization and advertising that are actually enabled, subject to applicable privacy settings and legal requirements.
  • Authorities when disclosure is legally required or justified, and relevant parties to a business transfer where lawful safeguards apply.

We do not give a supplier permission to use your order details for its unrelated direct marketing. We seek to limit disclosures to information needed for the stated purpose. A third party acting independently may also be responsible for processing under its own privacy notice.

5. Shopify and advertising-related data use

The store uses Shopify Network Intelligence. Shopify can combine information about interactions with this store with information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify to support enhanced services, including personalization, store improvement and advertising. Shopify is responsible for certain processing for those enhanced services. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and visit the Shopify Privacy Portal for Shopify's practices and available choices.

Certain advertising-related disclosures may be considered a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under applicable US privacy laws, even if money is not exchanged. You can submit an opt-out through Your privacy choices or contact us. We will apply requests and recognized browser opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by applicable law. Browser choices may be specific to a browser or device; repeat your choice on other devices as needed. A separate general "Do Not Track" browser setting is not the same mechanism.

6. Cookies and communications

Essential technologies support functions such as checkout, security and saving the cart. Other technologies may support analytics or advertising when enabled and legally permitted. Use the privacy controls presented on the store and your browser's cookie settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect store features. A notice about cookies does not replace consent where consent is required.

You can stop our marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We will process the request promptly and within the applicable legal deadline. We may still send transactional messages about an order, account, safety issue or rights request. A purchase or acceptance of these terms is not, by itself, consent to marketing texts. Any future SMS program will require its own applicable disclosures and consent process.

7. Retention, security and international processing

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal claims, or as required by law. Relevant factors include the type of record, an open order or complaint, applicable recordkeeping duties and whether a legal hold applies. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention exceptions.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information to limit unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security. If a reportable incident occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

Our operations involve Hong Kong, and Shopify, fulfillment providers and carriers may process information in the United States, Canada, mainland China or other places where they operate. Laws may differ from those where you live. We apply required contractual, organizational and other safeguards for those transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information. This notice is not a request to waive your privacy protections or a substitute for any legally required transfer consent.

8. Access, correction and other privacy requests

Depending on your location and the law applicable to us, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain uses, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Some laws also provide rights concerning significant automated decisions; we do not use information to make decisions on access to credit, employment, housing or similar regulated opportunities through this store.

Email info@panguonline.net with the subject "Privacy request", or use the contact form. Describe the request and the email associated with your interaction. We may request proportionate information to verify an access, correction or deletion request, or an agent's authority; do not send sensitive documents unless a secure and necessary process has been agreed. An opt-out request will not require creation of an account or unnecessary identity verification.

We will respond within the deadlines applicable to your request and explain any lawful exception, extension or refusal. Where a right of appeal applies, reply with "Privacy appeal" and we will review the decision. You may also contact your relevant regulator, including the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data or the relevant US state authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right. Some information may need to be kept to complete an order or satisfy a legal duty even when deletion is requested.

9. Children and sensitive information

The store is intended for adult pet owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or knowingly sell or share for targeted advertising the personal information of children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not ask customers for health diagnoses, precise location, biometric information or government identification for ordinary browsing or purchases.

10. Changes and other websites

We may update this notice to reflect our actual practices and legal requirements. We will revise the effective date and give additional notice or obtain consent where required; an update does not authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information. Links to other services are governed by those services' notices. Contact us using the details above with any questions or complaints.
