1. The store and these terms

Roam & Wag is the trading name used by Pangu Online Limited, with its business correspondence address in Hong Kong. These terms apply to purchases and use of https://kewypx-cx.myshopify.com/. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy explain relevant order conditions. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing; it is not blanket consent to optional marketing or data uses.

Please review the terms provided before placing your order. When you affirmatively place an order after being presented with these terms, you agree to the applicable purchase terms to the extent an enforceable agreement is formed under applicable law. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter into the purchase and authorized to use the selected payment method. Purchases are intended for adult pet owners. Provide accurate delivery and contact details and protect your account access. Contact us promptly about an unauthorized transaction or account concern. We will not make you responsible for an unauthorized use where the law places that responsibility elsewhere.

3. Product descriptions and selection

Read the product description, included items, measurements, material information, use guidance and selected variant before ordering. Photographs can show alternative configurations or props; included items are identified in the listing. Screen settings may affect apparent colors. These statements do not permit us to supply an item materially different from its description or your order.

You are responsible for choosing an appropriate fit and intended use based on accurate information we provide. If a sizing guide or description is materially wrong, the matter will be handled as a product problem rather than simply a change of mind. We do not substitute a different product or materially different variant without your agreement.

4. Price, payment and order acceptance

Prices and checkout charges are stated in US dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any other permitted charges are disclosed before you submit payment. Standard shipping to eligible US addresses is free. Your bank may separately apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges.

An automated receipt acknowledges an order. We review availability, payment and other relevant order details, and confirm acceptance and fulfillment as applicable. Any description of an acceptance process does not postpone a statutory shipment or refund deadline that begins when a properly completed order is received.

We may decline an order for a genuine stock limitation, inability to deliver, suspected fraud, a legal restriction or a material listing error, subject to applicable law. If we cannot honor an order on the agreed terms, we will explain and promptly refund any amount owed. We will not charge a higher price or supply a substitute without your agreement. Price changes apply prospectively and do not silently amend an accepted order.

5. Fulfillment, delivery and returns

We use third-party fulfillment providers and carriers, which may ship from the United States or overseas. We remain responsible for the obligations we owe you as the seller. Product availability, warehouse location and carrier estimates can change; the delivery representations made for your purchase and mandatory law govern your rights.

Supplier reimbursement rules do not reduce a remedy we owe you. We do not automatically shift all loss risk to you merely because a parcel is handed to a carrier.

6. Pet safety and appropriate use

Select products appropriate to your pet's size, strength, behavior and health. Follow supplied instructions, supervise use when appropriate, inspect for wear and remove damaged items. Toys and accessories are not food and are not guaranteed to withstand every pet's chewing. Keep small or detachable parts and packaging away from children and pets when not intended for use.

Our products and general guidance do not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Cooling accessories do not replace water, shade or protection from heat. A travel, tether or seat accessory should not be treated as crash-tested, escape-proof or a life-saving device unless a specific claim is expressly supported in the listing. Stop use if the product appears unsafe and contact us. These instructions do not waive our responsibility for defects, inaccurate claims or duties that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Website use and intellectual property

Use the store lawfully. Do not compromise its security, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, use stolen payment information or interfere with other customers. Reasonable protective restrictions may be applied to misuse, while preserving existing order, refund and legal rights.

Store content is owned by or used with permission of the relevant rights holder. You may use it for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Commercial copying of protected content requires the appropriate permission. Third-party names and marks identify their respective owners and do not imply an endorsement beyond the relationship expressly described.

8. Reviews and other submissions

You may share honest opinions about your experience. We do not impose penalties for a negative review or require its removal as a condition of a refund. If you voluntarily submit a review or photo for publication, you retain ownership and grant only a non-exclusive permission reasonably needed to display that submission in the context you authorized. Advertising reuse beyond that context requires appropriate permission.

Do not submit content that infringes rights, exposes another person's private information, contains threats or is deliberately misleading. We may moderate content for those reasons, while not suppressing a review merely because it is unfavorable. Any paid or incentivized endorsement must be appropriately disclosed.

9. Product promises and warranties

Express product descriptions, agreed remedies, any applicable written warranty and mandatory legal warranties continue to apply. A voluntary return period is not a universal product warranty expiry date. We do not use a blanket "as is" disclaimer to withdraw rights that apply to the consumer products we sell.

An item may experience ordinary wear or damage from misuse; whether a remedy is owed depends on the facts, product representations and applicable law. Website availability or third-party service interruptions do not excuse a refund or other order obligation that is already due.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for remote or speculative loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the transaction was made. Any legally permitted exclusion of indirect loss is limited to that scope and does not override a remedy expressly promised or required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, defective-product liability, non-waivable warranty obligations, statutory damages or other liability that cannot legally be limited. We do not impose an automatic purchase-price cap on those claims. State laws may give you additional rights. If a limitation cannot lawfully apply to your claim, it does not apply.

11. Events outside reasonable control

Severe weather, transport disruptions, government action and similar events may affect performance. We will communicate material changes and take reasonable steps to address them. Such events do not authorize indefinite delay, retention of payment for goods we cannot supply, or withdrawal of a mandatory cancellation or refund right.

12. Disputes and applicable law

Contact info@panguonline.net so we can try to resolve a concern. Informal contact is encouraged and does not prevent a timely card dispute, regulator complaint or court claim. The law applicable to the transaction, including mandatory protections in your US state where applicable, governs your rights. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a jury or class action right, or force a consumer to bring a claim only in a foreign country.

13. Updates and interpretation

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases after the updated version is made available. The version applicable when your order was placed continues to govern that order unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only to the extent permitted by law. Specific order promises and mandatory law prevail over inconsistent general wording. Failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a permanent waiver.
